Nikki, great to hear from you. I am glad that you get something out of my podcast. I will try to touch on the topic of self-resentment in the next podcast. I'm sure I've talked about it in the past but there's no way for me to point you at a specific episode. Hating oneself is a pretty common thing, and on the surface seems an almost noble excuse. However, resenting oneself is just another way of remaining in denial, and it's a bit of a round-about way of hating God.

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with others. I cannot tell you how much you have taught me. I have listened to you for months, and enjoy the enlightenment I have discovered. I am a mother of 5,ranging from 2 to 18,and my desire is to be a really good memorable mother and person.
I have a hard time keeping up with your podcasts. Sometimes,I listen a few times to a single one,to fully understand it.This one is particularly good information,it helps when you relate the information to real world examples, you are an unseen helper in my life,I am becoming a better person,I see
it in my life unfolding. My childhood was especially traumatic like so many others, and I have had lingering denial and resentment that I thought I had overcome, that translates into how I see the world now. I just wanted you to know that you are making a real difference in my life and I appreciate the work you are doing.I am examining my motives more closely, and the choices I am making.I recently found my Dad and his family again and this episode is especially timely.I was just wondering what you have to say about self resentment, because I would like very much to hear what you have to say about that.Or,if you have already addressed that, which episode mentions it. Please,Keep up the excellent work.
Sincerely, Nikki Turner
